Malaysian Sports
I believe Malaysian Sports will never take off if we still live in HISTORY. Ego and Money is and will always kill us. Wonder what is the purpose of ISN and MSN if not used,but we make use of people who still live in the stone age and prefer to be there. We kill the new generation by this selfish act of us. I say this because of what i see happens in front of my eyes. I believe in the Malaysia Boleh spirit, but being in a position purely cause of who we know is something not right.I feel that there must be a blend of generation and we make a great combination. Communication plays a vital role in the success of two generation so does humility. If the younger generation are not taken care well in the schools and state, How does Malaysia search for talent? By Luck i suppose.
I feel its time The top Management did something fast to handle this matter, or we should just live in the reality that we are going No Where!
Or is the top management there just for MONEY and Pride too?
Sports never knew colour, money, fame and etc, but its we human who made it exists. Why? Cause there is Ego, pride and selfishness.
Why i say all this? It happens in the state i am in now! Why i say this? I have been in the sports industry for long and this place shows it all!
So what can we do? For me i can do much here as this people are covered under a very powerful person in this state where you cant say anything againts his word. He is there till the day he goes back to his creator or the day he pisses the one covering him.
I spoke to one of the staff from ISN and all this guy said was, we cant do anything as this is how it is. SAD!!
"So what happens?"
