The Awake

Its been a very long time since i blog. Half the year has flown by without some knowing. Been a great end for me by clocking in my first Marathon. Was a good one in Stand Chart KL marathon 2010. Did pretty OK, happy with the attitude i had and my performance. Found out during the run that with bit more push and drive in training would have made it better. and that's what i am going to do. This marathon made me meet few interesting people like a Indian man from Singapore who was always in a joyful mood with his whistle, a group call Virgin runners who gave out Milo Bars when i was reaching hell, Great friends of the Late Ngor, and one person i admire Simon Cross who was running the half, He look like he was trying to run in a straight line. Well now back to johor to complete the last few games and decide from there. Just been hit by the run bug, going to keep it buzzing all the way:0
