Now after a month rest, Malaysian soccer league will kickstart again on July 1.
We all expect our supporting teams to do well, if at bottom half to be safe and the top ones to chase for the tittle. Many teams did lots of changes from players to coaches. All looking to see some improvement for the balance of the season. There also have been some signings also done even as the season has not ended for the new season, which is wrong but here its just a normal procedure already. Three months before the end of a contract, is when you can start talking to teams and negotiate if your current club agrees, but well 😅😉.

One concern is the training during Ramadan, something which I see which could work maybe, this is without any research just something I am looking at for the future. Training at 4 - 6am just before Sahur. Why I feel this, is to allow the body to hydrate itself well before training and after so that the players will fuel well and rest the remaining day. They can have 8-9 hours of sleep and when they wake at say 5pm, we can do some stretch before they break fast at 7pm. At about 1am we can start with some bodyweight strenght exercise before training.

I do agree adaptation will take some time and also to change the clock before the season starts. My main idea for this kind of training is to reduce muscle injuries. Without adequate hydration chances are high for muscle injuries. If not mistaken the Malaysian Women's hockey had some kind of training like this. Will try get some insight on that soon.

This is just an idea, free to discuss it further
